2 1/2 c almond flour
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. Pink salt
3 large eggs
1/3 cup of pumpkin
1 tsp. apple cider vinegar
2 Tb coconut oil
1 tsp. cinnamon
6 drops stevia
Optional spices:
Vanilla extract
Citrus Zest
Basil or dill
Bake. 350 degrees for 10-15 mins
This recipe was a hit and great for breakfast or mid afternoon pick me up snack!
